Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Martavis Bryant is facing a four game suspension after violating the league substance abuse policy.  The suspension is currently under appeal.  Details of the violation were not immediately known at press time.

Bryant, a fourth-round selection in the 2014 draft out of Clemson, caught 26 passes for 549 yards and eight touchdowns during his rookie season with the Steelers.

Pittsburgh is likely to suffer the first part of the season, not just because of Bryant’s loss, but they are already missing center Maurkice Pouncey broke a bone in his ankle while running back Le'Veon Bell has been suspended the first two games for a marijuana violation.

Pittsburgh is a slight -130 favorite to win 9 or more regular season games in 2015.
