Bengals-Browns Line

One of these two teams is going to start the season 1-0 but the Bengals-Browns line hovering close to -7 favoring Cleveland is a difficult pill to swallow.  Who would want to wager on the Browns with the spread at 7?  And who would want to wager on the Bengals PERIOD?

Nearly 95 percent of those betting the spread were backing Cleveland in this game. The 35.5 total was getting just shy of 75 percent of the action on the OVER.

For anyone thinking Cincinnati doesn’t stand a chance against a Cleveland Browns team that might have improved during the off season, consider this:  The Bengals have won four of the last five in this series.  Cleveland has only beaten Cincinnati once in the last 10 head-to-head games by more than the current spread.

There is something else going against the Browns here.  They have only won a single game in their last 10 Week 1 starts Against The Spread.
