Baltimore Ravens 2012 Odds, Regular Season Win Totals Betting, Prediction

The Baltimore Ravens 2012 odds to win the AFC North were coming in at EVEN with the Pittsburgh Steelers only slight -120 favorites in this division.  The Ravens regular season win total betting had this franchise taking 10 or more games at -140.  The UNDER 9.5 would pay $11 for every $10 bet.  All odds courtesy of Bookmaker.eu, now serving the sports betting public since 1985.

Baltimore Ravens 2012 Schedule:

Week 1: Cincinnati (Mon.)

Week 2: at Philadelphia

Week 3: New England

Week 4: Cleveland (Thur.)

Week 5: at Kansas City

Week 6: Dallas

Week 7: at Houston

Week 8: BYE

Week 9: at Cleveland

Week 10: Oakland

Week 11: at Pittsburgh

Week 12: at San Diego

Week 13: Pittsburgh

Week 14: at Washington

Week 15: Denver

Week 16: New York Giants

Week 17: at Cincinnati

At home they host Cincinnati, Dallas, Oakland and should be able to win at least one of three games against solid competitors, the Giants, Broncos or the Patriots.  That’s five “easy” wins.

On the road they play Kansas City, Cleveland, Washington.  That should be three easy wins.

Oh, but the Ravens do have one of the toughest schedules.  Other road games include Houston, Pittsburgh and San Diego.

The final week’s game should be a win assuming Cincinnati has little more to play for.  This could be an improved Cincy team.

In the end, it may just come down to history.  The Ravens have gone 12-4 each of the last two seasons.  They are 3-1 winning more than 10 games the last four seasons with nine wins in 2009.

This is a team that can probably beat one of three solid competitors on the road in San Diego, Houston or Pittsburgh.

We think 10 games is a good call for such a tough schedule but Baltimore will be a tough team, good enough that six losses is hard to fathom.

Take the OVER 9.5 at -140
