The Boise State Broncos take on the UNLV Rebels as a -2.5 to -3 point favorite.  We have this one right on the money and without any real edge according to our system.  This is the Mountain West title game.

The Broncos owned a 7-5 record Straight Up and 6-5-1 Against The Spread.  UNLV is 9-3 and has been especially profitable for gamblers this season, covering in all but two games.

Boise State reached the title game after its coach, Andy Avolos, was fired Nov. 12. The Broncos were 5-5 at the time and headed for a third straight four-loss season.  UNLV has never played in the title game.

The winner will play in the LA Bowl on Dec. 16 against a Pac-12 Conference opponent.

The Rebels are promoting WR Ricky White as an All-America candidate, a speedster who averages 17.2 yards a catch.  White's total receiving yards was listed at Over/Under 113.5 for this game.

Boise State's RB Ashton Jeanty presents as a dual threat who is second nationally with 164.6 yards per game with 18 touchdowns. Jeanty has rushed for 1,109 yards and caught passes for 537 yards, and he often didn’t go down on first contact.  He comes into this game with an Over/Under of 77.5 rushing yards.

UNLV quarterback Jayden Maiava was named conference Freshman of the Year after guiding his team to a 7-1 record as a starter.  He has passed for for 2,626 yards and 14 touchdowns.  His passing yards total in this game is Over/Under 243.5.
