BetWarrior Launches in Latin America
Mobile gaming brand and platform BetWarrior has launched its app in the rapidly growing LatAm sector.
The fully-native BetWarrior app, which first launched in the summer, is now live with a customized Kambi-derived sportsbook in selected markets across Latin American jurisdictions.
BetWarrior was launched by PokerStars veterans Morten Tonnesen and José del Pino.
Tonnesen, co-founder and CEO, said: “This is a major landmark in the development of BetWarrior, and we can now offer our users a complete mobile betting and gaming experience that stands apart from everything else out there.
“We set up BetWarrior with the intention of radically transforming the way people experience sports betting, and in partnership with Kambi, we have created a personalized mobile sportsbook like none other. We are hugely excited to watch the first players enjoying the action.”
Boyd CEO ‘Quite Optimistic’ On FanDuel Performance In Indiana Sports Betting
Boyd CEO Smith said during Tuesday’s quarterly earnings call that he’s pleased with what he’s seen so far in Indiana from the Flutter-owned company, FanDuel.
FanDuel Sportsbook had more than half the sports betting handle in Pennsylvania and, together with Draftkings, has cornered nearly three quarters of the New Jersey sports betting market.
It’ll be at least until late 2020 that legal sports betting revenue begins to move the needle for Boyd, however.
High praise from $BYD CEO Keith Smith for @FDSportsbook but meaningful revenue still a year away: https://t.co/NCUCYqcS0Q
