Poker Icon Doyle Brunson Turns 77: Special Bounty Tournament Announced

On Tuesday, the Godfather of Poker, Doyle Brunson, turned 77 and to celebrate, Gambling911.com flagship sponsor DoylesRoom.com is giving away tons of cash this coming Saturday August 14, 2010.

“We are celebrating Doyle’s birthday with a special bounty tournament Pam, Todd and Mike are the marked players and the final table will win a seat to the Todd Brunson Montana Semi-Final on Saturday at 5pm ET,” the popular online poker room announced.

“Thank you, thank you, thank you!! I can't keep up with the happy birthdays,” Brunson tweeted on Tuesday.

Hundreds of folks wished the Texas Dolly a Happy Birthday.

Doyle Brunson has been voted Sexiest Poker Player two years straight by Gambling911.com’s own Jenny Woo. 

“She has not seen my naked,” quipped Brunson last year.
