The Nevada Supreme Court Friday ruled against a petition filed by poker pro Phil Ivey’s ex wife, Luciaetta Ivey, claiming she was treated unfairly in their 2009 divorce case.

From PokerNews.com:

In September 2011, Luciaetta Ivey filed a petition with the higher court claiming that a $5,000 campaign contribution was made by Phil Ivey to Judge Bill Gonzalez, who handled the proceedings of the couple's divorce. Luciaetta argued that the contribution was made to Gonzalez three months after the divorce was made final.

In her claim, Luciaetta also insisted that her husband did not fully disclose the amount of money he made as a member of Team Full Tilt Poker up to 2011.

Phil Ivey’s attorney argued that Luciatetta had already made millions as part of the divorce settlement.

In late 2011, Luciatetta received a received a purse collection worth more than $1.2 million, jewelry valued at more than $1 million and $180,000 a month in alimony as part of her divorce settlement with the poker star.
