Following Day 2 of the 2009 Irish Open Poker Tournament, Andrew Bradshaw led the pack followed by Lee Brooke-Pearce. 

287 survivors of the original 700 entrants returned to face off in the popular event.

Of the top 10 placements after Day 2, Paul Zimbler had the most live career winnings - just over $200,000.  This was a sharp contrast to yesterday when two players among the top 10 - including Phil Laak - had well over one million in career live tournament winnings. 

The Paddy Power Irish Poker Open is the longest running No Limit Texas hold 'em poker tournament in Europe and second longest in the world after the World Series of Poker.

First organized in 1981 by Terry Rogers, a well known Irish bookmaker, the tournament is Europe's largest and a fixture on the international poker calendar. It is traditionally held over Easter weekend each year.
