The Panthers-Bengals betting line had Cincinnati as a -7 favoriteWe also have a look at Cam Newton’s fantasy value for Week 6, and it’s not good, ESPN.com warns.

Carolina comes into this game 3-2 while Cincinnati has a record of 3-1.  Both teams have similar records Against the Spread as well. The Bengals were getting 70% of the action.  Some of the books moved briefly to -6.5.  Hardly any of the books were going to 7.5.

Cincinnati does have a strong advantage here as they are 9-1 Straight Up and ATS in their last 10 games at home.

Check out the total for this game, set at 44.   The UNDER is 11-4 in Carolina’s last 15 games and 4-1 in Cincinnati’s last 5.

As for Cam Newton, stay away!

He’s been frustrating for fantasy owners up to this point and ESPN.com does not see things getting any better.

“With so little coming from Newton in the running department, we're not excited about this matchup with a Bengals defense that has allowed the fifth-fewest fantasy points per game to the position.”
