Manny Pacquiao

Does anyone really want to pay $700 to win $100 on Manny Pacquiao?

People are doing just that as they believe this is such a "sure thing" Pacquiao will take down Joshua Clottey this coming Saturday in Las Vegas.

"Gamblers believe Manny Pacquiao is a ‘lock' and what easier way to make a $100 profit?" says Don Shapiro of Gambling911.com.

BetUS.com was offering the line at -700 and most other books weren't going below this number.

Much of the action was coming in from Asia where support for the Filipino native was extraordinary.

Clottey, we should point out, would pay $450 for every $100 bet should he somehow upset Pacquiao.

The Under 9 ½ rounds for this fight would pay out $150 for every $100 bet while the Over was listed at -180.

Following the fight, Pacquiao will be running for the congressional seat of Sarangani province in the 2010 Philippine general election.

"After the fight I will go back to the Philippines and start campaigning," Pacquiao said. "It is going to be busy. I want to pass some bills that will be good for the livelihood of the people there and education for the children."

BetUS.com was making it even more enticing to bet on the Pacquiao vs. Clottey fight with them.  Get a FREE $75 in CASH when you open an online betting account with $200.  Mention bonus code GAMBLING911.  The industry leader since 1994.
