Nude photos of Lingerie Bowl player Melissa Berry, 24, have surfaced and now she is suing her ex-boyfriend for distributing them.....to her mom!

Berry, a lingerie football linebacker, is suing her ex-boyfriend, Mark Dawson, because the 45-year-old safe dating allegedly sent some racy pictures around after Melissa wouldn't pay Berry money for his broken phone.

That, by the way, is the same cell phone used to take photos of the steamy sexual encounter.

After the two broke up, Dawson showed the photos to some friends, which in turn prompted Ms. Berry to break the phone.

Dawson allegedly called the mom, demanding money for the broken phone.  He did not receive any funds so he then posted photos of Ms. Berry on the Internet and emailed copies to her mom.

"I could have had her arrested and I didn't," Dawson said, defending his actions. "All I wanted was this phone back. I am a decent guy ... It's girls like this I fight against in the work that I do."

Now, Melissa is asking for $15,000 in damages because of this situation.

Mom was not available for comment.

The Lingerie Bowl is a Super Bowl halftime alternative special that airs worldwide with a game of full-contact American football with some of America's most attractive and athletic female models as players.

Horizon Productions has now expanded the concept into a ten team league called the Lingerie Football League (LFL) that will begin play in September 2009 with franchises including Los Angeles Temptation, Phoenix Scorch, Seattle Mist, San Diego Seduction, Dallas Desire, New England Euphoria, Chicago Bliss, Atlanta Steam, Miami Caliente and Tampa Breeze. LFL games are set to air on cable television in Fall 2009.

PartyPoker and Bodog have both sponsored the event in recent years.
