Line on the Bruins vs. Canucks Game 7 of Stanley Cup Finals

Boston has forced a Game 7 of the 2011 Stanley Cup Finals with the Bruins vs. Canucks line at -160, favoring Vancouver.  This line was available at Bookmaker.

For the sixth time in the last 10 seasons, the finals have been stretched to their limit, much to the relief of online bookmakers.

"I'm proud of the guys," said the Bruins Mark Recci,  who had three assists. "We had our backs to the wall, we've been resilient all year, and we came out and had a great first period and did what we had to do tonight, and it comes down to Game 7. It's one game now."

Bruins are 5-1 in their last 6 after scoring 5 goals or more in their previous game but are 0-5 in their last 5 playoff games as an underdog.

The Canucks are 7-0 in their last 7 playoff games as a favorite.  They are 11-1 in their last 12 playoff games as a favorite of -151 to -200.

Game 7 of the Stanley Cup Finals will take place on Wednesday.

Iowa State: Are They The Underdogs To Look For In March Madness?

They may be defined as “underdogs” or “Cinderella teams”, a term that is usually saved for teams that have little to no chance of winning even a single game during the NCAA Tournament. Teams like Loyola Marymount (1990), George Mason (2006), Davidson (2008), VCU (2011), UConn (2014), and Loyola Chicago (2018) come to mind when conversations turn toward the most surprising tournament runs in recent memory.
