Poker pro Dan Bilzerian, who got his own Emojis this week, has filed a lawsuit against a website claiming he caught a sexual transmitted disease (also known as an STD).
That website is none other than The Dirty, which some say kicked off the Bilzerian phenomenon. The Dirty has long been known to bust on Bilzerian.
The comment appearing on that site, supposedly from a female claiming to have slept with Bilzearian, was as follows:
“I ended up getting super drunk and sleeping with Dan. I got tested two weeks later and lucky me I found out he gave me chlamydia.”
The poker pro sued The Dirty owner Nik Richie for failing to take down the comment.
