Webb Simpson Pays $6600 With Players Championship 2018 Win

Webb Simpson's win at The Players Championship 2018 resulted in a $6600 payout on every $100 bet prior to the start of the tournament.

Staked to a seven-shot lead, no one got closer than four shots of Simpson, even after a double bogey on the 18th hole when his only concern was finishing the hole at the TPC Sawgrass. He closed with a 1-over 73 for a four-shot victory, his biggest title since the 2012 U.S. Open at Olympic Club.

All eyes were once again on Tiger Woods as he had another strong showing on Sunday but failed to catch Simpson.
