OAKLAND PARK, Fla. (Gambling911.com) - Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu faces a pivotal general election on October 27, 2026, as voters decide whether to oust him after three years of war following the October 7, 2023 attacks.
Netanyahu has been the country’s most dominant politician for nearly two decades, and his legacy is on the line. A poor showing could end the 77-year-old’s lengthy career on a bitter note and open the door to a new era in Israeli politics. A victory would cement his image as the ultimate political survivor.
Former Prime Minister Ehud Olmert, a onetime ally turned rival of Netanyahu, has a 50% chance of becoming Israel's next prime minister while Netanyahu is given only a 17% chance at Kalshi. 39% believe nobody will have enough votes to form a majority. Israel has 120 seats in its parliament, the Knesset. A government generally needs the support of at least 61 members to command a majority.
The vote is seen as a referendum on Netanyahu.
“What he is offering is an eternal war,” Eisenkot, whose son and two nephews were killed in combat, said in a radio interview. “Choosing a leader whose only goal is not to surrender means choosing a leader who will not deliver victories.”

The reporting, first published by The Arizona Republic and cited by California Globe, raises fresh questions about how Arizona handled alleged unlicensed online gaming operators, including whether similar cases were treated differently.
