OAKLAND PARK, Fla (Gambling911.com) - Tommy Paul will pay out just shy of $400 for every $100 bet to win against heavy -500 favorite Carlos Alcaraz for Sunday's ATP US Open Round of 16.
Paul currently holds the 21st position on the ATP table with 2225 points. At age 29, he has reached a career-high position of 12.
Paul defeated Dino Prizmic in the round of 64 of the US Open with a score of 6-2, 6-3, 5-7, 6-4 on Wednesday.
He produced nine aces in the match, seven more than his opponent. He registered 37 winners as well, 11 more than Prizmic. Paul converted seven break points in 16 attempts, four more than Prizmic.
Alcaraz is a seasoned player at 56 years old, has won an impressive 35 out of his last 40 matches.
Alcaraz won 6-3, 6-4, 6-1 over Yibing Wu in the third round of the US Open on Friday.
Coming off a four-setter in the previous round, Alcaraz moved past his No. 113-ranked foe from China in straight sets after two hours and 20 minutes on court to move into the second week in New York.
