Matt Schaub Out for Rest of Season for Houston Texans: Latest AFC South Odds
It was revealed Monday night that Houston Texans starting quarterback Matt Schaub will be out for the season with a Lisfranc injury.
Schaub was injured on a quarterback sneak coming out of the end zone late in the second quarter of Houston's 37-9 win over Tampa Bay on Sunday. Schaub stayed in the game, but threw only three passes.
Matt Leinart will start for the Texans on November 27. Leinart is obviously no Matt Schaub however.
The Texans have the NFL's No. 1 defense (269.7 yards per game) and the third-best rushing offense (158.1 yards per game).
