It's never been easier to start your own sports betting site from the state of Florida. Ever since the U.S. Supreme Court ruled to allow sports wagering across the United States, one can suddenly feel more confident about operating a sportsbook all their own.  It is important to abide by local laws, however.  Established Pay Per Head businesses can help achieve this goal.

Why Use a Pay Per Head

Check out the new PricePerPlayer.com website and learn about their LIVE IN-PLAY WAGERING, next generation software platform featuring a customized website, and affordable gambling solutions for all of your sports betting, horse racing live betting, and casino needs.  For a limited time only, try out the PricePerPlayer.com platform for two weeks free

Pay Per Head sites charge a small fee per month for each customer.  The PPH does everything from running reports, creating and moving lines, customizing a website, providing 24/7 customer service, and offering a casino and horse racing platform.  You are in full control of your business without having to do hardly any work.

Will Florida Have Actual Sportsbooks Now That Sports Betting is Legal?

Gambling911.com estimates Florida will not have sportsbooks before 2020.  This is due to the complex legal framework in the states combined with opposition to gambling expansion from key employers like Disney.

Since 1992, federal law has prohibited most states outside of Nevada from allowing sports betting, but the U.S. Supreme Court rruling means that individual states can now authorize sports gambling.

Local state representative Joe Gruters love that idea concept.  The majority of his colleagues do not.

"There is not a huge push to expand any type of gambling," says the Sarasota Republican.

Sports betting is huge in the state of Florida, mostly propelled by the number of successful College Football teams here.
