Team shooter Overwatch was designed first and foremost to be fun. "First we were focused on building a great competitive game," says Blizzard president and co-founder Mike Morhaime. "I mean the team was 100 percent focused on that and once we felt confident that we had a really compelling, awesome, competitive game, then we kind of transitioned a little bit and felt like, 'OK, we need to really think about what sports look like for this game, so that we're ready out the gate to be able to support it."
