These showers are expected to occur the immediate hours leading up to Saturday’s race.

The favorite, Orb, has already demonstrated that he can run in both the muck and on dirt.  He was crowned the winner of this year’s Kentucky Derby with muddy track conditions. 

Mylute at 5/1 odds is another horse known to relish a muddy track.
