Preakness 2012 morning lines (race day) had I’ll Have Another with some solid value, promising a payout of $3 for every $1 bet at Sportsbook.  Until this morning, odds on the Kentucky Derby winner had been shorter than 3/1.

"He looks fantastic. Great energy," I’ll Have Another trainer Doug O'Neill said on Friday. "He's maintained his beautiful, long stride. We're just very happy with each day that goes by."

A win by I’ll Have Another would set up the Triple Crown three weeks later in Belmont.  This is what the racebooks are hoping for.  Currently, the odds of a Triple Crown happening this year are 9/1 (found under Preakness Stakes Matchups/props at Sportsbook)

Preakness favorite Bodemeister had slightly better payout odds on Saturday morning as well at 9/5, compared to 8/5 overnight.
