NFL Betting Lock: Cardinals vs. Patriots

Cardinals vs. Patriots

If there was ever a "lock" when it comes to NFL betting, this might be it.  The very hungry New England Patriots host an already Playoffs secure Arizona Cardinals team that has nothing to gain by playing good in a time zone where they have only won 2 of their last 22 games.

New England opened as a -8 home favorite.  Savvy sports bettors might want to consider the middling opportunity where you can potentially win betting both sides.  Our friends at betED.com had the Cardinals as +9 underdogs while Sportsinteraction.com had the Patriots at -7 1/2.  A Patriots win by 8 would mean a win on both sides.

Of course those of us here at Gambling911.com believe this will be a complete blowout by New England.

Aside from the fact that Arizona has had trouble playing in this time zone and the motivation probably won't be there to change things, weather conditions are likely to play a significant role in this game as well.   There was a 70 percent change of a wintry mix at game time, not to mention wind - lots of wind.

Since 1993, The Pats have gone 5-0 against Arizona.  In recent years they have beaten them by double digits.  Both home games during this time period resulted in a total score of 61-3.

For us, this game and a New England Patriots -7 ½ cover represent the "game of the century" if ever there was one.  We suspect a lot of the high priced sports handicapping services will be offering up just such a pick.  At Gambling911.com you get it for free.

It will take a real fluke for Arizona to cover here.

Both betED.com and SportsInteraction.com are offering great free cash promos when you open an online betting account prior to game time.  If you join betED.com we recommend betting on other games, not this one unless you want to take a shot at the middling opportunity.  Some of the other game lines being offered are too good to pass up incidentally so be sure to check them out here.  And betting on the Patriots at Sportsinteraction.com is an absolute MUST in our opinion.

BetMGM is one of 15 sportsbooks regulated by the commonwealth of Virginia.  None of these take bets on in-state schools.  There are other options, however, including our friends at BetOnline (established in 1999).

Today's MLB Plays From G911 Come Through Nicely

Michael Lorenzen started for the Tigers.  Lorenzen was charged with two runs (zero earned) over 6 2/3 innings his prior start against the White Sox.  He allowed five runs in the game previous and won prior to that.  This one was looking like an UNDER and boy was it ever!
