Well, we didn't find that type of disparity on the New Year's Day Bowl games starting off 2009, but even a half point can make a difference.

Gambling911.com has seen a line of USC -8 to -9 ½ with every option in between though nearly all of its sponsor books had USC at -9. betED.com was an exception if you like Penn State to cover in this Rose Bowl game. They had odds for Penn State set at +9 ½.
The Orange Bowl game odds had a near even line between Cincinnati and Virginia Tech and a middling opportunity. If you like Virginia Tech, bet it at Bookmaker.com where they had a line of -1 ½.
