Kansas State Wildcats vs. Kansas Jayhawks betting odds opened at Kansas -10 ½ and has since dropped down to -8 ½ at BetUS.com.

"Last week's game would sound like a complete and total embarrassment if we told you that Kansas State had given up 55 points in the first half to Oklahoma," comments Charles Jay of BetUS.com.  "But in reality, this game was a Pier 6 brawl for most of that first half, with the score 28-28 at one point. Yes, these Wildcats can trade blows, even with a damn good Oklahoma team. The bad news is that the running game just wasn't there; Logan Dold had only 46 yards. And the Sooners trampled of the K-State defense for over six yards a carry and four TD runs."

K-State allows a yard per rushing attempt more than Kansas does, and that is something that can come in handy for the Jayhawks.  BetUS.com has in fact picked the Kansas State Wildcats to cover this one by the +8 ½ points (they made their prediction early on however when the line was at +11 ½).

They could be right!

While Kansas has won 3 of the last 4 in this series, only once has Kansas won by more than the current spread in 10 games.  Kansas State has had the ability to either win or play within 10 points on the road so far this season.

The Jayhawks are 10-3 ATS in their last 13 home games and are 13-4 ATS in their last 17 conference games.

This game is not one that Gambling911.com will be making a prediction on.

Iowa State: Are They The Underdogs To Look For In March Madness?

They may be defined as “underdogs” or “Cinderella teams”, a term that is usually saved for teams that have little to no chance of winning even a single game during the NCAA Tournament. Teams like Loyola Marymount (1990), George Mason (2006), Davidson (2008), VCU (2011), UConn (2014), and Loyola Chicago (2018) come to mind when conversations turn toward the most surprising tournament runs in recent memory.
