The Seattle Mariners were seeing heavy action in Baltimore Tuesday night as a -140 visiting favorite.

The home team has won eight of the last ten meetings.

Seattle, in fact, is 7-15 in the last 22 meetings in Baltimore.

PITCHING MATCHUP: Mariners LH James Paxton (6-2, 3.72 ERA) vs. Orioles RH Kevin Gausman (3-6, 4.38)

Paxton struck out nine over five innings in the loss to New York but served up two homers while allowing four runs and seven hits.

Gausman is 0-4 over his last seven starts, allowing five or more earned runs in three of the setbacks. The 27-year-old settled for a no-decision against Washington in his last turn after giving up just two runs and four hits over six innings.
