Betting Market Opens With Odds of Affair Between Donald Trump and Laura Loomer

"Loomer MAGA Love" is the headline appearing atop the Drudge Report Friday night.

The Miami New Times, meanwhile, featured a piece entitled ""Laura Loomer and Trump Sitting in a Tree, K-I-S-S-I-N-G".

"The far-right provocateur and the former president are spending quite a bit of...together time. Where's Melania?," Naomi Feinstein of the Miami New Times asks.

When Trump and his entourage arrived in Philadelphia for the presidential debate, Melania was nowhere to be seen. Instead, a different woman was spotted debarking from Trump's private jet: Florida's own far-right provocateur and one-time Republican congressional candidate, Laura Loomer. (She ran for Florida's 21st congressional district, which fittingly includes Mar-a-Lago).

She was later seen backstage at the September 10 debate, in the spin room with Trump immediately after, and then by his side in New York City and Pennsylvania for September 11 remembrance ceremonies.

Trump, whose odds ticked down just a bit more to +100 Friday evening at BetOnline (Kamala Harris was the -130 favorite), might rather this be the stuff folks are talking about rather than Haitians in Springfield, Ohio eating people's pet cats or, worse, a widely panned debate performance Tuesday night.

"Trump Thanks Laura Loomer For Claiming She’s Single Because She Loves Him Too Much" was yet another headline, this one appearing on Mediate.

It's enough to get a betting market going on a Trump-Loomer affair because, why not?

Some $132,000 had been wagered thus far at Polymarket, though we should not that betting company does not accept U.S. residents.

Just 3% believed there would be an affair.

By Friday, South Carolina Republican Senator Lindsey Graham had gotten dragged into a spat between Georgia Republican Congresswoman and Trump supporter Marjorie Taylor Greene and Loomer.

Greene blasted Loomer for racist comments she made about Kamala Harris.  Someone pinch me, please.

Graham stood up for Greene.  Then this happened...

“Lindsey Graham has never been loyal to President Trump,” Loomer wrote on X Thursday. “He got booed in his own state at a TRUMP RALLY and was booed off stage because he is DISLOYAL to Trump and the American people. He probably shouldn’t be giving out advice to Donald Trump.”

But the attacks only got more childish from there, with Loomer overtly questioning the South Carolinian’s leadership by probing his sexuality.

“When is Lindsay [sic] coming out of the closet?” Loomer said. “We all know you’re Gay, Lindsey.… And that’s ok. It’s ok. It’s 2024. There’s nothing wrong with Gay people. I like men too. You and I have something in common we can bond over. Just be honest about it. Nobody is going to judge you for being open about who you are.”

Better than a "Real Housewives" episode for sure.
