Over the weekend, Donald Trump reiterated his call for President Joe Biden to undergo a drug test prior to their June debate.

In a past radio interview, Trump remarked that Biden seemed "all jacked up" at the outset of his State of the Union speech, even suggesting he was "higher than a kite."
