Viktor “Isildur1” Blom Among Top 10 Chip Leaders At 2011 EPT Copenhagen

The man affectionately known as “Isildur1”, Sweden’s Viktor Blom, was among the top 10 chip leaders early on at the 2011 EPT Copenhagen.   The event has attracted 449 players.  That’s up from 423 last year.

Blom, using the persona “Isildur1”, joined Team PokerStars late last year, his true identity was not yet known.  Under the guise of “Isildur1”, Blom became one of the most popular online poker players last year. 

PokerStars, which sponsors the European Poker Tour (EPT) Copenhagen event, finally revealed “Isildur1” as Blom in a less-than-climatic ending to the nearly 12 month mystery.
