Online Poker Tournament

Here is your UB.com online poker tournament recap for two major events that Gambling911.com has been advertising these past couple of days.

Day 1 saw a huge turnout of online poker players at UB.com, eager to test their NLH and mixed game skills.

EVENT # 1

First up at 20:05 ET was Event # 1, with 903 players who ponied up the $300+20 buy-in for the $200K GTD Sniper NLH event, hosted by Team UB’s Joe Sebok. ‘Seebs’ was eventually eliminated in 246th place, and had this to say after the event:

"Incredible start to the UBOC5 for the UB community.  So stoked to be a part of it.  I battled, which means bluffed, up and down the whole way but eventually succumbed when my pocket kings got cracked!  Thought a monster comeback was in the works when I got down to 195 chips, but was not to be.  Another tournament tomorrow though, which is why the UBOC is so great."

PBDRUNKS went on to win the tourney for $54,759.72.

A man of few words, and a regular winner in online poker tournaments, PBDRUNKS simply said: “Just another day man, but it feels good.”

Player BEMCD K.O.’d Joe Sebok, and picked up the $200 T$s and the special edition or busting a Team UB pro. BEMCD went on to finish in 73rd spot, also pocketing $487.62 in prize money. Players also shared in a Bounty Pool of $27,090.00, with a $30 Bounty on each player’s head.

EVENT # 2

Event # 2ran simultaneously with Event #1 at 20:05 ET, attracting a smaller field of 415 players for the $250+17 buy-in $100K GTD PLH/PLO Mixed tourney, hosted by UB pro Bryan Devonshire known as BRYAN_DEVO on the site.

48 players shared in the $103,750 prize pool, with JOES2828, banking $28,012.50 for top spot.

After his UBOC Event # 2 win, JOES2828 shared a few words with us: “ Love the tournament, love the money, and I look forward to running this money up, and being there at the end in the Championship event.”

TOESANDERS picked up the $200 T$s Bounty on Devo, who was sent to the rail in 78th spot. TOESANDERS eventually busted in 29th place for $518.75.
