Poker News: London High Roller Champion Announced

American high-stakes player Matt Glantz is the new PokerStars.com EPT London high roller champion after beating Canadian Erik Cajelais heads-up.

Glantz snatched the title and £542,000 first prize shortly after the dinner break.

The final table of the £20,000 event featured two Team PokerStars PROs - Dennis Phillips from America and Leo Fernandez from Argentina.  Phillips came sixth for £60,000 while Fernandez finished fourth for £104,000.  75 players entered the three-day event creating a total prize pool of £1,500,000. It was the first of 16 events taking place during the eight-day EPT London Poker Festival.
