Eugene Katchalov has his first World Series of Poker bracelet as Gambling911.com looks at the latest poker news

Eugene Katchalov won the 7 Card Stud Event number 5 at the 2011 World Series of Poker.  It is the native New Yorker’s first WSOP bracelet.  Katchalov cashed out $122,909.  He now has over $6.3 million in winnings on the live poker tournament scene to date with his biggest take at the PokerStars Caribbean Adventure Season 8.

“I can’t describe how happy I am to finally get the monkey off my back and finally win a WSOP bracelet,” he said.

He outlasted 355 players in the event.
