PartyPoker, once the world's online leading online poker platform has launched a very unique and exciting promotion this week. The promotion, called the Genius promotion was launched in part to attract a higher volume of players to the site.
What is the Genius Promotion at Party Poker?
Basically, for every 50,000th hand played on the sites cash games for 10,000,000 hands, they will square the total pot for each of those milestone hands. In addition, each millionth hand will get a much more substantial boost as well. For example, if a 50,000th hand's pot is $10, the bonus will actually be $100. (10X10). Every player involved in one of the "Genius" hands will receive an equal share with the winner of the hand winner their share along with the pot size.
The maximum payout for one of the milestone hands is $5,000, or a $71 pot. Players looking to keep track of these hands will be able to check them out on PartyPoker's website. All cash game tables with $0.10-$0.25 blinds and higher are eligible and include Limit ($0.25-$0.50 minimum), No Limit, and Pot Limit Hold'em along with Pot Limit Omaha and Seven Card Stud. Heads up cash games, however, are not eligible.
As previously stated, every millionth hand will receive a special bonus as each will feature a $10,000 bonus minimum. Lastly, the final hand of the promotion, the 10 Millionth hand will have at least a $100,000 payout.
