Online poker traffic has fallen 2.1 percent according to the “real cash” player traffic monitoring website PokerScout.com.  Must of the drop has been contributed to Full Tilt Poker concluding a major promotion the week prior.  Full Tilt Poker continues to hold onto the number two position by a decisive margin, but well beyond PokerStars.

The only site among the top 8 to gain traffic this week was PokerStars, which rose 1 percent.

Online poker traffic is expected to rise in the coming week with the conclusion of the 2010 World Series of Poker.  The final table is played this coming weekend.  Last year, a 5 percent increase was realized during that period.

The Cereus Poker Network, which operates both UB.com and Absolute Poker, has moved up to the number 7 spot, overpowering PeoplesNetwork.it.

This is the 18th consecutive week without any changes in the top 4 spots, though PartyPoker (in the number 3 spot) and iPoker (at number 4) have a much tighter margin.
