Online Poker Promotions June 2011

Online poker promotions for June 2011 have been announced by Cake Poker

Cake will be reinstating the popular Gold Card Race promotion.  This is a real money ring game competition that will award players a total of $50,000 during the month of June. Gold Cards are distributed randomly in all real money ring games and as players earn Gold Cards, they will receive "miles" on the Gold Card Race leaderboard. The more miles players earn, the further they will get in the race, with the winner being decided at the end of each week. Prizes are awarded weekly to the top 50 players who banked the most miles with a top weekly prize of $500 in cash or $2,500 in pending bonus – player’s choice.

Cake Poker welcomes US players and is one of the few online poker sites that will offer residents of the US qualification to take part in this year’s World Series of Poker

At Cake, players can build their very own ultimate Las Vegas experience with two ways to win. The first is a series of multi-table tournaments with a final that awards the winner a $13, 000 prize package. The second way is through daily Sit-n-Go step tournaments. These step tournaments let players advance to a final that awards the winning player a $2,500 prize package and helps them build up their “WSOP fund” for top of the line accommodations, 4 star restaurants and whatever else their hearts desire while in Sin City. Players can win as many of each of these packages as they want and then use the cash however they wish. Satellites for both formats are running daily with buy-ins for as little as $1.10. The last final runs on Sunday, June 19th at 4pm EST.
