Gus Hansen Prepares for Aussie Millions 2012 Following Huge Macau Winnings

Gus Hansen won big at last week’s Big Macau games and now he has his eyes set on the Aussie Millions 2012.

Hansen participated in a gruelling 24 hour high stakes poker game then immediately departed Macau en route to Melbourne $3.8 million richer.

The Danish poker pro wrote on his blog:  “Maybe I am just getting older but I never thought I would see an entire group outlasting me at the poker table.  These guys have stamina like marathon runners.”

And already Hansen is demonstrating he should be a force at this year’s Aussie Millions, finishing 4th at the Tournament of Champions event.

Tyron Krost finished that event first and walked away with the only prize, a lifetime of buy-ins to the $10,000 Aussie Millions Main Event.

These were your placements for that event.
