Burtnick has remained a fugitive of the law since being charged with money laundering and bank fraud on April 15, 2012.

Raymond Bitar, the other defendant in this case, voluntarily surrendered to authorities last month in New York City.

Gambling911.com revealed on Friday that a settlement agreement was reached to allow PokerStars to purchase Full Tilt Poker and begin paying back customers owed.
