While all the talk around Absolute Poker in recent days has revolved around the US Justice Department indictment of the company on April 15, one of its personalities is slated to appear in the upcoming film The Baytown Disco.

Canadian model Serenda Swan had been the face of Absolute Poker though she herself was not a poker player.

The Baytown Disco is a Southern comedy that will also star Billy Bob Thornton and Eva Longoria.

From the Hollywood Reporter:

The comedy follows the foibles of three redneck brothers who get more than they bargained for when agreeing to help a woman get her son back from his seemingly abusive father. Fimmel, Cudmore and Crawford will play the Oodie brothers.

Swan joined Absolute Poker in April 2007.
