EPT Grand Final €100k Super High Roller Winner to Get €1,640,000

Team PokerStars Pro Jason Mercier and Danish pro Gus Hansen both took advantage of today's last minute reload - bringing the total number of buy-ins for Europe's first €100k Super High Roller to 45 and creating a total prize pool of €4,432,500. Both the winner and runner-up in this prestigious event will become a millionaire (if they aren't already!; first prize is €1,640,000 for first; six places are being paid.

The Super High Roller is the first of 37 events taking place this week in Le Sporting Casino’s stunning Salle des Etoiles room. The highlight of the EPT Grand Final festival is the €10,000 Main Event which starts tomorrow (April 25) at 12:00; at least 280 players are already registered including more than 150 who won their seat online on PokerStars. This is the championship tournament of a 13-stop season that's taken us to the Bahamas and all over Europe. We are now back in Monaco for the first time since Season 6.
