Americas Cardroom, one of the world’s fastest online poker rooms, has announced it is upping the ante once again by hosting a $75,000 Guaranteed online poker tournament this coming Sunday, January 29th at 6 pm EST.
The US-friendly online poker room, which announced a record number of joins for the first two months of January, just recently offered a $50,000 Guaranteed tournament.
"At the end of 2011, we promised big things for online poker players in the US," stated Americas Cardroom spokesman Julius Maxwell. "Our $75k is just the start of bigger and better promotions and guarantees, and our thriving poker community can expect more opportunities to win big this year".
The $75,000 Guaranteed No Limit Hold'em tourney includes the option of one rebuy and one add-on, and costs $100+9 to get into. Satellites start from just $4+0.4 and are now live. Any player who participates in the $75k Guaranteed tournament will also earn an extra 1,000 points towards this month's $65k Points Race at Americas Cardroom.
While many poker rooms have been forced to limit their guarantees and scale back promotions due to the changing landscape in the US-facing poker industry, Americas Cardroom has continuously increased its guarantees and improved its promotions.
According to Maxwell, Americas Cardroom is able to offer bigger guarantees thanks to the continuous and steady growth of its poker community. In December of last year, the site attracted over 12,000 players during its Double Guarantees promotion. That number doesn't include players seated at cash tables.
