Grundy is a UK poker pro who has enjoyed success in local casinos playing Pot Limit Omaha.  He is currently more than $8 million in the black.

“I’ve always done really well in Omaha. …I was making maybe £4,000 or £5,000 a month just playing $2/$5 and $5/$10,” Grundy told PokerNews.com.

He eventually went on to become a Betfair poker pro.

From PokerNews.com:

By the end of 2007, Ben Grundy had made over $1 million for the year playing PLO $25/$50 to $100/$200, although he made losses at NL and so he decided to stick to PLO from then on. Shifting his attention to $50/$100 HU PLO, Grundy finished 2008 up an incredible $2.6m in profit, and commenting on his golden year said:

“That was an insane year. I used to win maybe 7/10 days, and I once remember a streak of 28 winning days.”

Isildur1 managed to win over $1 million this past weekend at the online poker tables of PokerStars but the Swede has proven vulnerable in the past.  Previous weeks resulted in massive losses.
