Orlando Magic Betting Tips and Trends

Orlando is showing how good a team they are going to be in 2024 as they continue to play well despite injuries piling up.  A healthy Magic team will be a dangerous one.  Just look at their record Against The Spread to understand how profitable this Orlando team has been for gamblers.  They are 24-11 Against The Spread while sitting five games above the .500 mark Straight Up.

Bookies will need to work their magic to reduce their losses with this Orlando team.  Having the right tools at your disposal as a bookmaker is essential right now.

Even with the current injury woes, Orlando had managed to cover the spread in seven of their last nine games.  Even their 1-3 Straight Up road swing turned out to be a 3-1 performance Against The Spread.

These players were currently listed on the injury list for the Magic ahead of Sunday's game against the Hawks:

  •     SG Kevon Harris (OUT - knee)
  •     PG Markelle Fultz (QUESTIONABLE - knee)
  •     SG Joe Ingles (OUT - ankle)
  •     PF Jonathan Isaac (OUT - hamstring)
  •     SG Gary Harris (OUT - calf)
  •     PG Anthony Black (QUESTIONABLE - illness)
  •     C Wendell Carter Jr. (QUESTIONABLE - knee)

The injuries are factored into this line as we get a number of 5.68 Magic assuming a team in full health. The current spread represents around an 8 point overlay for Atlanta.  The Hawks are 0-6 Against The Spread when they were favored and should not have been since late November.
