Oklahoma Sooners @ Oklahoma State Cowboys Prop Bets

Oklahoma was a -5.5 favorite in their interstate battle with Oklahoma State.  The Cowboys were getting much of the public backing at 77 percent.

The line was moving accordingly down from -6 to -5 in an effort to get more action on the Sooners.

Sagarin gives us a number of 5.32, which is right on the money.

This promises to be a "must see" game with the Sooners having just one loss on the season and Cowboys 6-2.  The game is for much more than bragging rights this time as both teams are part of a five-way tie for the Big 12 lead.

Oklahoma owns the series with a 6-1 showing over the last seven meetings.  All but one of those wins was a cover by the Sooners using Saturday's spread.

Sooners star Ollie Gordon II leads the nation with 1,077 yards rushing. He has 858 yards from scrimmage the past three weeks and has rushed for at least 100 yards in five straight games.

Gordon rushing props have him 115+ at -218, 125+ at -114, 135+ paying $11 on a $10 bet, 145+ paying $13, 155+ paying $20, 165+ paying $30, 175+ paying $42 and 185+ paying $60 on a $10 bet.

“Ollie Gordon has just been fantastic,” Oklahoma coach Brent Venables said. “He’s got power, he’s got speed, he’s patient. He’s got great quickness. Lateral quickness. And he’s explosive. He can run right through you and run right by you.”

Oklahoma State started the season 2-2 before reeling off four straight wins.

“Several weeks ago, people had written Oklahoma State off after losing to South Alabama — a good South Alabama team — and they’ve just gotten better,” Venables said. “They’ve responded.”

Cowboys quarterback Alan Bowman passing prop bets had him 234+ at -182, 244+ at -114, 254+ at -103, 264+ paying $11 on a $10 bet, 274+ paying $12, 284+ paying $14, 304+ paying $21, 314+ paying $25 and 324+ paying $30 on a $10 bet.

“He has shown signs in practice of performing at a high level,” Oklahoma State head coach Mike Gundy said. “Practice is one thing, games are another. Until we get a young man on the field in a game, we never know what they can do.”

Bowman has thrown six touchdown passes and just two interceptions the past three games.
