By Nick Sortal, Sun Sentinel Michael “The Grinder” Mizrachi of Miramar has signed an exclusive deal to become an instructor with DeepStacks Live, a poker training company. Mizrachi won the $50,000 WSOP H.O.R.S.E event, commonly called The Players Championship, then final tabled the 2010 WSOP Main Event. Most of Mizrachi’s courses will be taught in Florida, where new laws allow for uncapped play. It’s vital for Florida’s poker players that they understand the difference in the action, the need to change their approach and how to defend themselves from more experienced out-of-state players. “I had a lot of options after the WSOP, but DeepStacks Live was the right fit for how I play and how I want to teach others to play. They are the most innovative and hands-on training company,” said Mizrachi, via a press release. DeepStacks Live instructors binclude Hall of Famers Tom McEvoy and T.J. Cloutier, and Mike “The Mouth” Matusow. Check www.deepstacks.com for upcoming training sessions in California, Florida, Nevada, New York, Oklahoma, Mississippi and across Canada.
