His comments come after the US said it launched “powerful strikes” against Iran following attacks on three ships in the Strait of Hormuz, including Qatari and Saudi tankers. In response, Iran says it targeted “85 US military installations” over attacks on its Hormozgan province and the port city of Mahshahr, with air raid sirens blaring in Bahrain and Kuwait.
