Some customers say they were limited quickly at Thunderpick
BetWhale admits to breaking up payouts into smaller withdrawals over an extended period of time for some players

BetUS has been serving the gambling public (beginning as a phone sportsbook) since 1994
Gambling911.com today looks at three popular online crypto casinos and sportsbooks. Here you will find real customer reviews, not the affiliate or fake reviews that dominate the internet.
Thunderpick is a crypto-focused esports sportsbook and online casino that became known primarily through esports betting and crypto gambling. It started operations in 2015.
Thunderpick operates through a Curaçao gambling structure.
It focuses heavily on the Latin America market as well as certain regions of Asia, Eastern Europe and CIS regions that include Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan. Thunderpick does not accept customers form the U.S.

I really liked the sports betting platform, however I was limited very quickly in the betting amounts, and I would really like to try to resolve this but I couldn't resolve it through the chat.
Yunpeng Liu from Ireland writes:
I used thunderpick for nearly 2-3 years. They provide good markets with good odds. The UI/UX is clear, though no event search function. Online customer service is always rapid.
In the first year my netprofit is negative, I guess it could be 20k€(or higher),so they granted me VIP title, with some privileges to encourage me keep betting.
In the last few month I won around 30k€,I cashed out 25k€,but when I tried to cash out the rest of 5k, my account suddenly got suspened, I can't bet nor cash out, I also got banned for the live chat channel. literally I can't do anything. They send me a message say I need to do KYC process and will reply me in 1-2 working days. I sent my docs to their email immediately but 5 days passed I didn't get any response. The online customer serivce knows nothing just tell me to be patient.
It's radiculous they don't allow you to bet during KYC process.
I checked some other reviews, some say it just took 3 hours to finish it.
Update: After 4 days waiting, KYC passed. And my money cashed out successfully.
Bets.io is a crypto-focused offshore online casino and sportsbook based out of Costa Rica that has grown quickly in the crypto gambling space since around 2021.
The restricted countries are: Angola, Barbados, Belgium, Burkina Faso, Central African Republic, Comoros Islands (Comoros), Costa-Rica, Cuba, Сuracao, Cyprus, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Dutch West Indies, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Jamaica, Jersey, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, Mali, Myanmar, Nicaragua, North Korea, Pakistan, Panama, Republic of the Congo, Russia, Rwanda, Saba, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Sudan, Statia, St. Maarten, Sudan, Syria, Uganda, Ukraine, The United States of America, Yemen, Zimbabwe.
Bets.io receives the ominous "Breach of Guidelines" warning on TrustPilot. The site accuses them of posting fake reviews.
Despite supposedly being prohibited in the U.S., the site is accessible and a number of customer reviews originate from here.
Andrew Lee from the U.S. writes:
When first joining Bets. IO, my user experience was average; however, over the last year, it has improved drastically. My VIP Manager, Mary, is always available and ready to help. Bets. IO constantly makes sure that everything is verified and that all my spending is accounted for. Great platform and looking forward to continuing to utilize it.
BetWhale is a newer offshore sportsbook and online casino that has grown rapidly in the U.S.-facing offshore gambling market. It is not strictly a crypto gambling site as the company accepts other funding methods. The site launched in 2023. It holds a Anjouan Gaming License (Union of Comoros) gaming license.
Russell Vidal of Italy writes:
Overall, I like the experience but the games often resets on its own while I’m in the middle playing. The deposit process is quick and easy, but the withdrawals take much longer even though it essentially goes through the same process. I would recommend it to a friend.
Hope Hopkins of the US offered this:
I honestly love betwhale. The game selection is phenomenal, they have daily bonuses for depositors and random little bonuses they send out. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive a withdrawal that I requested so that’s why it’s gotten a three star rating and up until now I was really enjoying playing. I will come back and re-review once I get my first bigger withdrawal successfully. Just hard to trust a site when any other casino online I’ve played is a fast withdrawal not 3 to 5 business days and then no explanation when it’s past that.
The withdrawal process can be an issue.
C Webb of the US writes:
This site has good and bad. You can win a little time to time. If you withdraw to your bank it will take a month and they only pay $500.00 a transaction. Bitcoin payouts they refuse cash app. Shouldn't have to wait so long to get paid. Need a quicker and player friendly payout, not only to their advantage.

BetWhale responded:
Andrew from the U.S. offered this:
Good Casino but disappointed with Withdrawals
I turned $1,000 into around $7,000, and their signup promo is one of the best. Their sportsbook and casino are also pretty good.
The reason I’m leaving 2 stars instead of 5 is because of the withdrawal issues. I submitted a $2,500 crypto withdrawal request, but 5 business days later, only $500 was approved. I understand that their terms of service say they may reduce withdrawal amounts into smaller portions, but I still find this very frustrating. The other online casinos I’ve played at never had this in their terms, and my requested amounts were always approved.
It’s quite disappointing because I really enjoy playing here. If BetWhale is willing to help me get my withdrawals approved for the full requested amount, I will make sure to update this review to 5 stars. Until then, my review will remain at 2 stars.
BetWhale's response;
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, we’re really glad to hear you’ve been enjoying the sportsbook, casino, and our signup promotions.
We completely understand your frustration regarding the withdrawal process. While, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions, withdrawals may sometimes be processed in smaller portions, we know this can be disappointing, especially after a great win, so first of all, congratulations on that!
Please rest assured that all approved withdrawals are processed securely and in line with our policies. That said, we’d really like to take a closer look at your specific case and see if we can provide more clarity or assistance. We encourage you to reach out to our support team directly so we can review your request in detail.
We truly appreciate your feedback and hope we can improve your experience moving forward, and earn that 5-star update.

They pay only $300 per transaction and usually take 5 days to approve and 5 days to pay, so total of 10 business days for $300, if you're ok with it go ahead otherwise stay away.
Steve Cole of the US writes:
Normally this would have been a 5 star rating from me because I absolutely love the Betwale experience. With all the different ways to win and all the really cool interactive incentives and free bonuses you are given from completing missions to picking who you think will win in sports matches. My personal favorite is the daily rewards from the ball drop or spinning the wheel!! On top of that is all the safe and quick ways to deposit money into your account, and it's just as safe to withdraw your winnings!! I've been playing with Betwale for over a year and a half and I truly love it!! The only reason it isn't gonna get 5 stars from me today is because I recently had a pretty frustrating experience with one of the support members while trying to figure out why I couldn't activate a free spin bonus I was giving by completing a mission. The member seemed like they didn't understand what I was explaining to them and then started trying to say things that you could plainly see were not right at all and was no help at all. On top of that it took about 40 minutes of this waiting around for a response for 6 minutes here, and 5 minutes there. And in the end I was still not able to use my free spins and the support member didn't even offer me anything for the inconvenience like I've been offered in the past. I was pretty upset and irritated by the end because I play a pretty good amount of money with Betwale and it really made me think about not playing with Betwale anymore... But I'm not gonna give up on the Betwale team yet. I'm gonna keep playing and hope that was just a one-off incident for now. So I definitely still do recommend playing with Betwale to anyone who likes to bet, play, or just try your luck and see what happens. Good luck!!
