A $40 million Amazon MGM documentary, titled Melania, directed by Brett Ratner, drops in theaters this weekend with 84% of Kalshi users believing the film will receive a Rotten Tomatoes score above 5. 

Meanwhile, Polymarket traders believe the documentary will take in over $3 million its first weekend, or just over 7% of what it cost Amazon. 

The documentary covers First Lady Melania Trump's final days before the 2025 inauguration and is set for release around late January 2026. It offers behind-the-scenes access to her life, with reported struggles in production and box office performance despite a major marketing effort.
