A number of gambling markets have opened up Tuesday, most prominent of all being President Joe Biden appearing Tuesday with -378 odds.

Back from Covid isolation, though some conspiracy theorists were speculating the U.S. president had some other health scare last week.
Gamblers believed Biden would make an appearance on Tuesday.
Biden had not made a public appearance since ending his re-election bid.

The White House physician gave an update on the president's health on Monday, sharing that his symptoms have "almost resolved completely" and that Biden "continues to perform all of his presidential duties."
Biden did call in to a presser for his VP, Kamala Harris. She is the likely new Democratic nominee for president and has received Biden's full endorsement. Harris was listed at +180 odds to become the next U.S. president.
"I know yesterday's news is surprising, and it's hard for you to hear, but it was the right thing to do," Biden told his former campaign staffers. "I know it's hard because you have poured your heart and soul into me to help us win this thing, help me get this nomination, help me win the nomination and then go on to win the presidency."

This market will resolve to "Yes" at Polymarket (no bets from U.S.) if US President Joe Biden is seen in public while awake at any time on July 23, 2024, from 12:00 AM ET to 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No."
A public appearance includes, for example, Biden descending the steps from Air Force One or an appearance at a press conference. Digital appearances including live broadcasts will not count for this market.
The resolution source for this market will be photographic or digital evidence verified by a consensus of credible reporting.
Will Biden's 538 Approval Reach 40% in July?
38% say YES.
This market will resolve to “Yes” if Joe Biden's approval rating as reported by FiveThirtyEight is greater than or equal to 40.0% for any day between July 22, and July 31, 2024. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”.
Note that the approval ratings for each day must be finalized before they are considered for this market (namely once the next data point is available, the previous one is finalized).
The resolution source will be FiveThirtyEight's approval rating poll aggregator, https://projects.fivethirtyeight.com/biden-approval-rating/, specifically the approval rating indicated by the green trend line for the resolution date. Changes in the methodology by which FiveThirtyEight calculates the approval rating will have no bearing on the resolution of this market.
Please note the resolution source reports the rating value to only one decimal point (e.g. 42.8%, 33.9%, etc). Thus, this is the level of precision that will be used when resolving the market.
Bet on When Biden Addresses the Nation Next
This market will resolve to "Yes" if President Joe Biden addresses the United States for the first time about his decision to withdraw from the 2024 US Presidential election on Tuesday, July 23, 2024 ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".
Any statement, prerecorded or live, will be sufficient to resolve this market to "Yes", so long as it features Joe Biden on video.
The primary resolution source for this market will be any such video statement released of Joe Biden within this market's timeframe.

Will Elon Musk Speak at Bitcoin Conference?
This market will resolve to "Yes" if Elon Musk is a speaker at the 2024 Nashville Bitcoin Conference. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".
Elon Musk will be considered a "speaker" if he publicly gives a speech to a Bitcoin Conference crowd on-stage at the conference.
Simply appearing on-stage at the conference will not count for a "Yes" resolution, he must actually give a speech.
