What's the Line on the Oregon Ducks Colorado Buffs Game Week 4?

Dave Mason of BetOnline revealed that his book opened the Week 4 Colorado Buffs vs. Oregon Ducks game line at Ducks as the -16.5 favorites for Week 4 in what should be the most watched and wagered on game of the year so far one would think.

Even with the Buffs a significant dog against Colorado State Saturday, that game had folks at the edge of their seats as it turned into the most entertaining match of Week 3 by a long shot.

Unfortunately the Buffaloes were dealt a significant blow in the double overtime victory as star Travis Hunter was taken to hospital after absorbing an illegal hit to his midsection.

Coach Deion Sanders had no update after the game other than to say, the "first thing I heard is he's going to be out a few weeks."

Sanders did not offer specifics about Hunter's injury.

"The bad thing about losing Travis," said defensive back Shilo Sanders, "it's like you're losing two players at once."

Shedeur Sanders threw a TD pass to Michael Harrison in the second overtime after leading the drive to tie the game with 36 seconds remaining in the fourth quarter and No. 18 Colorado rallied to beat Colorado State 43-35 early Sunday in front of a sell out crowd.

“We showed that we have no surrender or give-up in us,” Coach Sanders said. “They never doubted themselves.”

Colorado was an -18 point favorite in this game.  This marked the first time of the season they failed to cover following two upset wins.

Now they head to Oregon to face what was currently a No. 13 ranked Ducks team that is likely to move up the rankings after this weekend.

Tez Johnson caught caught a 49-yard scoring pass from Bo Nix on the first series of the game and Oregon went on to beat Hawaii 55-10 on Saturday night in a dominating fashion.

“It's definitely special. I'm definitely excited for him. I've been able to watch him grow up and develop,” Nix said. “Proud of him. Proud of his work ethic. Now he's going to really continue to push and grow himself, continue to get better and not settle."

The Ducks (3-0) have won 32 straight nonconference games at Autzen Stadium, the longest streak in the nation. Oregon hasn't lost to a nonconference opponent at home since 2008.

Mason also confirmed a $100,000 Colorado money-line bettor managed to score a nice $5,000 profit at BetOnline.
