Richardson was quarterback for the Florida Gators.  He completed 25-of-42 passes for 400 yards, three touchdowns and one interception in Florida's loss to Vanderbilt on November 19, which is considered a stain on his resume.

Richardson only completed 53.8 percent of his passes last season. He had seven games with fewer than 200 passing yards.

Richardson did help to lead an upset over the seventh-ranked Utah Utes in September 2022.

The Seahawks are analyzing him and some believe he can be chosen by Seattle at No. 5.

“He has a ton of physical talent, there’s no question about it,” the Seahawks GM John Schneider said.

Richardson ended the session with a moon ball and a backflip to celebrate. “There’s definitely questions there, like there are with all these guys. He’s 6-6 as a starter. New staff this past year with Coach (Billy) Napier. But, yeah, really impressive workout. He did a great job. He had fun; he was loose, and he had a good time with his teammates,” Schneider said.

Other teams Richardson is slated to visit in the days leading up to the NFL Draft: The Panthers, Ravens and Raiders, among others.
