More Sharp Model Books Coming Online Soon Than Recreational

Speaking on "Beating the Book" with Gill Alexander Wednesday, professional sports bettor Captain Jack claims that he is aware of more "sharp" model books coming online compared to "recreational" shops.   That may be music to the ears of many a professional sports bettor who has been shunned by the DraftKings and BetMGM's of the world.

Captain Jack also claims that the so-called "soft" books now realize they must be more competitive when it comes to price offerings (the lines), quite possibly having to forgo aggressive welcome bonuses.  Tell that to all those affiliates that are now flooding the news feeds with their stateside bonus codes.

"Yes, there are some big names coming," Jack conveyed.  "I am privy to some information."

Jack made it clear that "they are coming" and "in the coming weeks".

He made mention of his home state of New Jersey being the gateway for a lot of these books, noting the tight regulations that they can use as a stamp of approval to seek licensing elsewhere in the U.S.

It's all about market sector, Jack says.

He used the example of a bunch of books in a state like Louisiana perhaps going after the same type of sports bettor.

"It behooves me to partner with somebody who is going to try to get a different segment of the audience, a different vertical, and that's what is allowing a lot of these market access deals to open up for some of these smaller operators that aren't going to be doing the blitz of marketing.  They're gonna have the blitz of 'we are gonna have the best price, we are gonna take your action'."
